Little mrs. W

I found this blog through Facebook. The author of this blog is one of my older sister’s friends. Her name is Jane. As I grew up, I often looked up to Jane. Somehow she was graceful, sophisticated and fun all at the same time. If ever I lacked creativity all I had to do was ask Jane for advice and suddenly, imagination allowed to seep through the crevasses of my brain. Jane’s story, shared through her blog, is important and interesting to me because it never fails to encourage me to seek to develop talents. Often I can find myself wasting time and sitting idle. However, through Jane’s blog, I can learn many new things regarding art, life, and scholarly things. This is an interesting digital story because it is Jane’s life. Her blog is a form of expression that the audience can relate to. I know that Jane is constantly improving upon her own talents and she encourages us to do the same.  On Jane’s blog, her story begins when she is a younger BYU student and her story continues until the point of life that she is at now, which is in her twenties, a strong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and a faithful and devoted wife. Her story takes advantage of this medium by taking life and organizing it into different categories that are very apparent in everyone’s life. By doing this, readers can pick and choose to their leisure what kind of story they want to learn about and apply lessons taught from that story into their own lives. Jane has always been influential. She has always been a talented young woman who teaches a great deal simply from her actions. By having this blog, I can still learn from her even though she has moved on into a different part of life, one that I hope to reach as well. And when I get there, Jane’s story will be just as helpful and important to me as it is now.
